We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of AlphaBiolabs, the UK’s leading independent laboratory specialising in DNA, drug, alcohol, and health testing services.

AlphaBiolabs, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire, has established itself as a trusted provider of award-winning, highly accurate testing solutions. The company operates a UKAS-accredited laboratory to ISO 17025 standards and serves a wide range of clients, including individuals, legal professionals, businesses, and public sector organisations across the UK and internationally.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Certek’s position in the diagnostics and testing sector by adding AlphaBiolabs’ specialised expertise, advanced laboratory capabilities, and established client base. Our partnership will deliver enhanced capacity, greater innovation, and expanded capacity to meet growing demand for reliable, accredited results.
